Before you call.
What are your hours?
We're open Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm. Pick-up runs through to 5:30 sharp. We don't operate on weekends or public holidays.
Where do I park?
Parking is available right outside on Upton Street, with overflow at the pet store next door. Daycare drop-off uses the dedicated entrance — we'll show you on the first visit.
Do you do pickup and drop-off?
Not at the moment. All daycare visits are owner-led pick-up and drop-off at the daycare entrance.
How do I book my dog in for daycare?
Give us a call on 0456 915 904. New dogs start with a 2-hour assessment booked over the phone.
What's the minimum age?
Dogs must be at least 14 weeks old and have their required vaccinations up to date before attending. Learn about the first visit →
